For Stabilizing Smooth Roads and For Dust Control:

Dilute 6 gallons of DUST FIX SOIL BINDER in 1000 gallons of water and apply this solution at a rate of 20 gallons per 1000 square feet. Repeat this procedure for three consecutive days. When dusting problem returns, repeat application.
